About WebGenie
WebGenie is a small web development business based near Galway in the West of Ireland. Established by Caroline Brennan in 2010.
Approach
Our main aim is to provide a good service, promptly and conscientiously. Our emphasis is on listening to your requirements and delivering quality web-based solutions, that are easy-to-use, accessible, fast loading, web standards compliant, secure, high-ranking and attractive. We also support your objectives either for total independence or for support, training and documentation as required.
Qualifications
Caroline has a Masters Degree in IT (Bristol University, 1989) and a Certificate in Web Applications Development (Open University, 2003 - 2006). All associates are carefully chosen on the basis of their professional qualifications, experience and high standards of service.
Experience
Since 1989 Caroline has worked as a software developer, systems analyst, technical trainer, writer and support, and more recently as the web has become ubiquitous, as web developer. Programming languages have included Oracle, Visual Basic, Java and C#. She has worked for a distribution company, an environmental agency, software companies, and as a contractor for Galway City Council, Lionbridge Technologies and Nortel. She has many good references.
